We are currently focused on delivering the highest quality service right here at home, so Melt Aroma Candles ships ONLY within the United States (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our small team takes special care to process and package your order within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). We use this time to meticulously hand-wrap fragile vessels and ensure the wax is protected from any bumps or temperature shifts during its journey.

3. Shipping Options and Rates

We offer you choices based on how quickly you need that beautiful scent in your life! Please remember that final exact costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, but here are our typical options:

Standard Delivery: This is our most common choice, typically taking 3–7 business days to arrive after processing. The base rate for this service is $7.95 USD.
Priority Delivery: If you need your candles a little sooner, this option usually delivers within 2–3 business days after processing. The base rate for this faster service is $12.95 USD.
Express/Overnight: For the fastest possible delivery, this option aims for arrival within 1–2 business days after processing. The base rate for this expedited service is $24.95 USD.

4. Special Candle Care (Our Melt-Proof Promise!)

Because we ship wax, we’re always heat-aware! During extreme heat or summer months, we might ship your order at the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday) to prevent your candles from sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend. Every glass or ceramic vessel is also meticulously wrapped and cushioned we are masters of the secure candle box!

5. Tracking & Support

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your label is printed. You can follow your candle's journey right up to your front door! If you ever have a question, just contact us a real person will always be on the other end!

1. Damages or Defects (Our Full Guarantee)

Even though we meticulously hand-wrap and cushion every package, sometimes the journey is rough! If your candle arrives broken, melted, or genuinely defective:

Our Promise: If the fault lies with Melt Aroma Candles or the carrier, we will exchange the product for an identical one or issue a 100% refund of the item's purchase price.
Cost to You: The customer will not incur any costs whatsoever, including return shipping or replacement shipping fees, when the damage is our fault or due to transit.
What to Do: You must report the issue by emailing us at support@meltaroma.store and provide clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Action: Once we verify the damage or defect using your photos, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.

2. Order Cancellation (Change of Heart)

Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges only for candles that are unused, unlit, and in their original, resalable condition.
Timeline: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate this type of return.
Cost to You: The customer will not incur any shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item to our home base.

Email support@meltaroma.store with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
Once approved, we will email you the prepaid shipping label.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the unused item, we will issue a refund for the product's price back to your original PayPal account. Original shipping fees paid are non-refundable for this type of return.
