You found the perfect candle, maybe the sophisticated Dark Petals or the cozy Cappuccino now let’s get it to you safely and efficiently! We pour and pack every single candle ourselves from our small home base in Murrieta, CA, and we’re committed to shipping your ambiance with speed and care.

1. Our Shipping Commitment (USA Only!)

We are currently focused on delivering the highest quality service right here at home, so Melt Aroma Candles ships ONLY within the United States (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing & Packaging Time

Our small team takes special care to process and package your order within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). We use this time to meticulously hand-wrap fragile vessels and ensure the wax is protected from any bumps or temperature shifts during its journey.

3. Shipping Options and Rates

We offer you choices based on how quickly you need that beautiful scent in your life! Please remember that final exact costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, but here are our typical options:

  • Standard Delivery: This is our most common choice, typically taking 3–7 business days to arrive after processing. The base rate for this service is $7.95 USD.
  • Priority Delivery: If you need your candles a little sooner, this option usually delivers within 2–3 business days after processing. The base rate for this faster service is $12.95 USD.
  • Express/Overnight: For the fastest possible delivery, this option aims for arrival within 1–2 business days after processing. The base rate for this expedited service is $24.95 USD.

4. Special Candle Care (Our Melt-Proof Promise!)

Because we ship wax, we’re always heat-aware! During extreme heat or summer months, we might ship your order at the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday) to prevent your candles from sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend. Every glass or ceramic vessel is also meticulously wrapped and cushioned we are masters of the secure candle box!

5. Tracking & Support

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your label is printed. You can follow your candle's journey right up to your front door! If you ever have a question, just contact us a real person will always be on the other end!
