Q: What are Melt Aroma Candles made of? A: We use a premium soy wax blend for a cleaner, longer-lasting burn and excellent fragrance throw. We pair this with high-quality cotton wicks and fine fragrance oils to create scents that are truly evocative, like the crisp Snow Day or the rich Rain Forest.

Q: Why do some candles have slight variations in color or appearance? A: Because every Melt Aroma Candle is meticulously hand-poured by our small team, minor variations (like surface texture or slight color differences in the wax) are totally normal! This is a hallmark of a handmade product, making your specific candle, like the gorgeous The Wonder Berry, uniquely yours.

Q: Where can I find information about a specific candle's scent notes? A: You can find the full scent profile (top, heart, and base notes) on each product page. For example, our Peach Nectarine candle will clearly list its full aromatic journey right there!

Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: To keep things simple and secure, Melt Aroma Candles currently accepts PayPal exclusively for all online orders. This ensures your financial information is protected by their secure gateway (as detailed in our Payment Information policy).

Q: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind? A: Yes! You can cancel your order for any reason if you notify us by emailing support@meltaroma.store within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll issue a full refund immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship? A: We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time, as stated in our Shipping Policy.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? A: We aim to process and package your order within 1–3 business days. After that, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days in transit. You can choose faster shipping options like Priority or Express at checkout if you need your Freesia Patchouli scent sooner!

Q: My candle arrived broken! What should I do? A: Oh no! We are so sorry! Please email us at support@meltaroma.store immediately (within 24 hours of receiving it) with clear photos of the damaged product and the box. As per our Return & Refund Policy, we will send you a replacement or issue a 100% refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a candle if I don't like the scent? A: Yes. If the candle is unused, unlit, and in its original, resalable condition, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, meaning you won't incur any costs to return the item (as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy).

Q: Where do my refunds go? A: All refunds are issued back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase. This is the only method we use for refunds.
