At Melt Aroma Candles, we truly believe in the quality and beautiful ambiance of every candle we pour in our little house. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your new scent, whether it’s a sweet treat from The Lady’s Candle Collection or a robust aroma from The Gentleman’s Candle.
Because of the unique, handmade nature of our products, our return policy is straightforward and designed to give you complete peace of mind.
1. Damages or Defects (Our Full Guarantee)
Even though we meticulously hand-wrap and cushion every package, sometimes the journey is rough! If your candle arrives broken, melted, or genuinely defective:
- Our Promise: If the fault lies with Melt Aroma Candles or the carrier, we will exchange the product for an identical one or issue a 100% refund of the item's purchase price.
- Cost to You: The customer will not incur any costs whatsoever, including return shipping or replacement shipping fees, when the damage is our fault or due to transit.
- What to Do: You must report the issue by emailing us at support@meltaroma.store and provide clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Action: Once we verify the damage or defect using your photos, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.
2. Order Cancellation (Change of Heart)
We understand that minds can change!
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for any reason if you change your mind within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Process: Please email support@meltaroma.store immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund to your PayPal account.
3. General Returns and Exchanges (Unused Items)

Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges only for candles that are unused, unlit, and in their original, resalable condition.
- Timeline: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate this type of return.
- Cost to You: The customer will not incur any shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item to our home base.
- Process:

- Once approved, we will email you the prepaid shipping label.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the unused item, we will issue a refund for the product's price back to your original PayPal account. Original shipping fees paid are non-refundable for this type of return.
- Payment Method: Refunds can only be issued back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase, as per our Payment Information Policy.
- Processing Time: Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
